RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND?
Yes we do allow returns. We have a 14 day return policy, you can return your item/s for a full store credit, refund or exchange from 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (you can find this on your order confirmation email), reason for returning, along with any photos if applicable. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: returns can take up to 14 business days to process.
DO YOU REFUND DEFECTIVE ITEMS?
We will issue refunds for items that are found to be faulty/defective, or if we sent the wrong item. For reasons that are not within our control, such as change of mind or incorrect sizing, we will issue a credit note to the value of your return item/s, which can be applied to your next order.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, or receive your credit note via email. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to process.
Please note: General wear and tear, damaged resulting from incorrect washing, neglect or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults, and won't be eligible for returns/refund or exchanges.
Please note: Shipping charges on standard/express will not be refunded with returns/exchanges that are made.
WILL YOU REFUND MY POSTAGE COSTS TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Return postage costs for change of mind or reasons out of our control are at buyers expense. Where the return is within our control, e.g. the item being defective, or where we have sent the wrong item, we issue you with a pre-paid shipping label.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and keep the receipt with tracking number. Reakt Apparel will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if the parcel is not traceable.
MY ITEM IS MISSING OR WAS SENT INCORRECTLY?
We are very attentive and take care when fulfilling your order to ensure it's correct. If however, we have sent you the wrong item, or an item is missing, please contact us, as soon as possible, and we will get the correct item to you. If the item you ordered is not available at the time, we will issue you with a refund.
NO RETURNS FOR ITEMS ON SALE
All sales items or discounted items are final unless an item is proven to be damaged or faulty.
