HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We have a 14 day return policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return via the link above or by emailing us at contact@reaktapparel.com

 

CHANGE OF MIND? 

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit/exchange provided that the item(s) are unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and packaging. If the item(s) do not meet the criteria, your return/exchange will not be accepted and you will be liable for any shipping costs.



CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.

  • Clothing must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.

  • Clothing must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

 

COST OF RETURNS 

You must return the the item(s) at your expense. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.   

 

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item (faulty being caused by a manufacturing defect, e.g. torn or lose threads) and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will provide you with a refund. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please email us at contact@reaktapparel.com with photographic proof. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being received back into our facility. Other than a faulty item as described above, we do not offer refunds.

 

SALE ITEMS

The change of mind policy will not apply to products that are on sale or have been marked down from their original price. Items marked down 40% or more are not eligible for a return.
